Portfolio

From the United States Senate to candidates running for federal and local office, to organizations seeking to increase membership, there is a wide experience in building various sites. My work on these projects has included extensive design, development, advertising, consulting, database management, blogging, and email marketing.

"The Ryan website looks good too, with plenty of updated content, including press releases, photos and current Advance articles."

During my time in the United States Senate, I was fortunate enough to intern for the Democratic Communications Center. Lead Creative Designer Jordan Higgins introduced me to many advanced concepts in the world of political websites and gave me the opportunity to assist him in his responsibilities of overseeing websites for the 51 Democratic caucusing Senators. I owe Jordan and the entire SDCC staff a debt of gratitude.

I later joined a truly amazing team at WebStrong Group, headed by Jerome Armstrong and Todd Webster. There is simply nobody like them or their team in the business. Teaching me the ins and outs of high quality work, finesse, client relationships, and always having a drive to be ahead of the rest. After WSG, I decided to give it a crack myself, joining - most notably - the Steve Harrison for Congress campaign as its Internet Director. We reached many milestones online, including the first ever online town hall by a local candidate. I was given the chance to blog and write email campaigns and fundraising drives which would effectively swarm up netroots support.

Imperium's latest project is a website called skribr. With the aim of putting university testbanks online, skribr is set to launch Fall 2009.
