Ahmed Kokon is a web developer from Staten Island specializing in local political campaigns and their online presence.
Extensively involved in politics and campaigns, Kokon was the co-founder of the Young Democrats of America High School Caucus and the president of the Tottenville High School Young Democrats, who were lauded in the Staten Island Advance for their exit polling efforts during the 2005 elections (Read article).
He then went on to the United States Senate Democratic Communications Center, responsible for the websites of the 51 Democratic caucusing Senators. During the nine months Kokon spent in the US Senate, he worked on many projects, most notably designing a website for a prominent Senate committee and an email newsletter for Senator Jim Webb (View website).
